Traditional Village Adaptive Reuse and Cultural Homestay

A hospitality-led adaptive-reuse concept that retained the existing village fabric while reorganizing five rural houses into a connected cultural homestay experience. The proposal introduced guest rooms, shared kitchens, workshops, tea and cultural spaces, linked courtyards and roof terraces using local materials and incremental renewal. This was a joint design-team project. My role is presented as a named team member, without a sole-authorship claim.
