About
For the past 15 years, I have been a design engineer for injection molds (plastic injection molding on injection molding machines) in non-traditional designs (low-cost molds made from a combination of duralumin and steel). My primary experience lies in both reverse engineering and product creation (plastics, master models, etc.) based on customer specifications. I have independently implemented each project: product design/modeling, mold design, production technology development, mold manufacturing (on CNC and other machines), and injection molding setup.
