Full-cycle project: from initial part design based on an existing aluminum and polycarbonate profile through to production launch. Scope covered end-to-end, single-handed: - 3D design and plastic part development based on the profile geometry - Design of a simplified injection mold - Mold manufacturing: milling and turning, CNC programming for the milling machine, guide pillars, bushings and ejector pins, bench/fitting work - Mold installation on the injection molding machine and first-shot trial runs I carried out the entire process myself — design, tooling, machining, and mold trial — with no subcontracted steps.
