A full-cycle project: from the initial design of the part based on the client's sketches to the launch of production. Scope covered end-to-end, single-handed: 3D design and plastic part development based on the profile geometry Design of a simplified injection mold Mold manufacturing: milling and turning, CNC programming for the milling machine, guide pillars, bushings and ejector pins, bench/fitting work Mold installation on the injection molding machine and first-shot trial runs I carried out the entire process myself — design, tooling, machining, and mold trial — with no subcontracted steps.
