I have successfully completed a number of projects related to Product Design, CAD, CAM and G-Code generation, FEM, CFD and FSI Simulations. I am proficient with SOLIDWORKS, Creo and Fusion 360 for creating 3D models from sketches, producing animations for visualizing linear and angular motions for multi-degree of freedom systems, ensuring dimensional compatibility of mating parts, verifying their functionality and finally converting various constituent parts into manufacturing drawings.
For defined materials, I can analyze the 3D digital prototypes in ANSYS in representative real-world conditions simulating the operating environment with boundary conditions. I can generate report for decision-making from the behavior that the model exhibits during analysis.
