Title:- Experimental Analysis on “Removal of Stiction Problem in 3D Microstructures”.
This project presented exhaustive characterization of sublimation based post
processing technique for typically high aspect ratio polymer microstructure. The system shown
good result of releasing the microstructure without stiction. Further the Thermal Analysis was
done with the help of Solidworks and. The developed system had shown the potential to solve
the problem of stiction effect and dry release the microstructure efficiently and effectively.
