About

I'm Khaled, a mechanical engineer (B.Sc., University of Jordan) with 4+ years of hands-on digital fabrication experience. I model in Autodesk Fusion 360 and take designs from a sketch, photo or set of measurements to a finished, manufacturable part.

What I can do for you:
- Parametric 3D CAD models of products, parts, enclosures and furniture
- Fully dimensioned 2D technical drawings, exploded views and bills of materials
- 3D-print-ready STL/STEP files with proper wall thickness, tolerances and print orientation
- Simple mechanisms (cams, cranks, Geneva drives, sliders, folding mechanisms) with joints and motion studies
- Arduino prototypes with wiring diagrams and tested code

I've run a school fabrication lab with FDM 3D printers and a laser cutter, so I design with real manufacturing limits in mind, not just how the part looks on screen.
