About

I am a mechanical CAD designer at Eleven 3D, based in Brazil and working with CAD modeling, reverse engineering and 3D printing since 2019. I use Autodesk Fusion 360 to develop digital models of mechanical components, industrial housings, replacement parts and prototypes.

My work connects hands-on fabrication experience with practical CAD modeling. I focus on understanding existing parts and project requirements, rebuilding geometry and preparing models for further development and prototyping. My areas of interest include electronic enclosures, industrial components and product development.

I can help turn physical references, sketches and defined requirements into clear 3D CAD models. For each project, we agree on the available reference information, deliverables and revision scope before work begins. Fit, manufacturing requirements and any necessary functional or safety validation must be addressed for the intended application.

Reconstruct geometry from physical parts, measurements and reference material, including damaged components.

Work combines CAD modeling with practical experience in prototyping and fabrication through 3D printing. Portfolio examples include industrial control housings, an ACC2407 controller cover, a COMB module enclosure and an internal joystick component reconstructed from a broken reference.
