Experience

  • Design & Production Intern BAXY · Internship Jun 2026 – Jul 2026 1 mos Bhiwadi, RJ, India • From initial modeling to final assembly, I used SolidWorks to design a Tata 407 tipper body assembly with more than 120 components and more than 45 distinct pieces.
    • Created BOMs, sub-assembly layouts, and 2D manufacturing drawings that were used directly for production on the shop floor.
    • To manage part variations without creating duplicate models, sheet metal and weldment modeling were combined with design configurations.
    • In addition to getting hands-on experience with press brake bending, MIG welding, and CNC laser cutting, as well as observing quality inspection to see how design decisions held up against the final parts, I followed the design to see it translated into fabrication—following the welding sequence, hydraulic cylinder integration, and where tolerances actually mattered.

Education

  • Shri Vishwakarma Skill University B.Tech, Mechacnial Engineering, First Division 2024 – 2028 (expected) Activities and Societies: Mechanical Engineering Projects, CAD Design & Product Development, WorldSkills Competition (Mechanical CAD), Mechatronics Workshop, Badminton Club Pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in mechanical engineering with a solid academic background and a hands-on approach to engineering. I like using CAD projects and practical expertise to apply theoretical ideas to real-world design and production issues. I have a high emphasis on accuracy, problem-solving, and engineering best practices, and I quickly adjust to new tools and technologies since I am passionate about lifelong learning.
