I’m a Mechanical Engineer specialized in 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design. I’ve worked on real engineering projects and Formula Student race car design (braking system, suspension and chassis components), always focusing on precision, performance and manufacturability.

I can help you with:
• 3D models and assemblies ready for manufacturing (CATIA, SolidWorks)
• 2D engineering drawings, GD&T and BOMs for suppliers
• Sheet metal and welded structures (laser-cut, bent, welded parts)
• Basic FEA simulations in ANSYS (stress, stiffness, safety factor)

Mechanical Design Engineer – Braking System & Pedalbox Road Arrow Formula Student Team · Part-time Sep 2023 – Sep 2025 2 yrs Belgrade, Serbia Member of Formula Student Team Road Arrow (University of Belgrade). Responsible for mechanical design of the braking system and pedalbox assembly for an electric formula-style race car.

Key responsibilities:
• 3D CAD modelling of brake discs, caliper brackets, pedalbox components and mounting hardware in CATIA V5.
• Creating manufacturing-ready 2D drawings with dimensions, tolerances and basic GD&T.
• Supporting design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA): welded parts, machined parts, sheet metal.
• Packaging checks with suspension and wheel assemblies to ensure clearances and serviceability.
• Preparing documentation and BOMs for suppliers and in-house manufacturing.
