BIM/VDC specialist working in Autodesk Revit — MEP content, CAD-to-BIM modeling, and the automation that speeds both up.

What I deliver:
• Revit families — parametric MEP content (plumbing, HVAC, valves and piping) with shared parameters and type catalogs, organized in CSI MasterFormat libraries.
• CAD-to-BIM — coordinated Revit models from 2D AutoCAD sets (architecture, structure, MEP, site topography from DWG surveys), with sheets, schedules and quantity takeoffs up to LOD 350.
• Coordination — model federation and clash detection in Navisworks.
• Automation — pyRevit/Python tools on the Revit API: batch parameter editing, family cleanup, and a rule-based wall-framing generator.

Today I build Revit content for a US-based VDC firm and coordinate BIM for a two-story public building in Brazil, leading three modelers.

I work to your standards and templates, and I communicate in English (Portuguese native).
