Revit Family Library & Submittal-to-Family Pipeline - US MEP Firm

Current role at Skywrite Group (US, remote), a firm that makes projects buildable in Revit. I co-lead its family-building team: I wrote the family standard (naming, MasterFormat classification, shared parameters and Type Catalogs), train the team's modelers to it, split incoming submittals across the team, and run the QA, so every family passes my delivery check before it enters the library.
