ROBOT DESIGNING
• I designed and prototyped a robotic arm for a project, utilizing SolidWorks for CAD modeling and simulation. The arm was used to assemble different parts. Thanks to its efficiency, 10 robots were created and purchased by different workshops. Each workshop reported a 17% increase in assembly rate over the average rate.
AUTOMATED VEHICLES
• I worked alongside a team to create an innovative autonomous vehicle for a robotics competition, with a particular emphasis on mechanical design and control system implementation. Subsequently, we deployed these vehicles to six hospitals in the local area, where they were utilized to transport food and medication to patients. The results were impressive, with hospitals reporting an 8% improvement in patient recovery rates and higher average ratings in just four short months.
CAD TUTORING
• As a CAD software workshop tutor, I had the pleasure of instructing over 40 students on critical CAD concepts, such as mechanical and electrical principles that were in line with various assignments. I offered practical guidance and supported them with distinctive projects, including assistance with 3D printing. Thanks to my assistance, the students' CAD design grades saw an average improvement of 33%, with 50% of them going on to win three consecutive robotics competitions and earning the top spot in the design category.
