Our process is simple. Listen to your invention and begin a concept model geared often toward Blue sky concepts unless previous artwork or imported CAD files can be offered.
We use several types of 3D printers depending on the material needs such as our large Zcorp 310 creating Sandstone material; Taz Lulzbot filament ABS Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printers; Formlabs Digital Light Processing (DLP) machine we love for wax; and lastly the Prox 500 (SLS) laser cured nylon to create perfect 3D concept models. We can create everything from basic prototype models to highly precise and specialized models. We can also reverse engineer your design from sketches or STL files, and we can refine your model or design using CAD software.
