Greetings, I am Tooling engineer by background and have experience in designing 50+ tools in total in the area of press tools, plastic injection molds, die casting, jigs and fixtures. I have also designed industrial machines and automation fixtures that have went into productions. I also designed products for rapid prototyping and have a vast knowledge in 3D printing and its different types and can design parts for 3D printing taking all the DFAM principles into consideration. I also have a Autodesk certified associate in CAD for mechanical design (Fusion 360). .Also posses a working knowledge of CAE softwares like Ansys and LS DYNA and can perform simulations and analyses.
