I have achieved core competence to carry out the following Finite Element Analyses such as Modal analysis, Random vibration response analysis, Static analysis, Piezo-Electric coupled field Analysis, Contact analysis. My experience has been practicable in providing solutions to vibration & shock aspects of electronic packaging (including PCB design CAD model analysis) in airborne systems. I have achieved hands on experience on CAE tools like ANSYS, NX-Ideas, COMSOL and Hypermesh and CAD expertise in UNIGRAPHICS NX 7.5, CATIA V5, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD. Presently Working as Structural Design Engineer, my role delegates the responsibility in leading a team in Designing, Modeling and carrying out various Finite Element Analyses on a plethora of components of an Airborne vehicle and to be successful in suggesting and implementing the structural modifications so to meet the acceptable limits with respect to random vibration domain. My work is fully fascinating as it involves validating the FE Analysis with the Experimental Test results so as to acquire a good correlation in accuracy of results and it becomes more challenging to meet up with the practical cases of Experimentation.
