Hello, my name is Robert. I am a 3D modeling and graphic design expert with over 20 years experience making, rigging and animating models using the program 3DS Max. I also have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree for Graphic Design and Film Production from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I have spent many years making thousands of models to all levels of detail, creating textures, lighting, rigging and animating in 3D. I have been making characters, vehicles, organic and architectural models as a hobby since I was in high school. I also have a passion for developing Virtual Reality applications and am quite skilled at blueprint programming in Unreal Engine 4. I have designed several projects from start to finish and know the entire pipeline of game development from concept to final execution. I am extremely adept at using programs like Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and create custom textures. I believe I can make your design come to life in CAD and would be happy to help with your project however I am able to. I have a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Washington University. As a manufacturing engineer I can offer insights into design for manufacture and assembly for what ever you're designing. I have experience optimizing parts for a wide range of processes from robotic assembly and CNC machining to additive manufacturing. With Mechanical Engineering experience, my design work is based off the maintenance foundation. I've worked with machines & engines that have a terrible design for one reason; the designer has no clue what its like to work with the machine itself. For example, the design requires a 8 hour down period for a simple bearing replacement. Designs need to be user friendly, majority of engineers don't understand this concept. They design it to work and work alone. A great engineer designs for quality, simple maintenance, cheapest fabrication, popular parts (bearings, worm screws, pillow blocks, etc.). My designs offer perfection, realism, and lowest fabrication cost.

Born in Cadiz, Spain, I always had a passion for design and manufacturing. Nurturing this passion started with recreational boating where I learned about design and building from an incredible master builder. Shortly after, I joined an architectural firm on which I also developed a taste for construction and its intricacies. I was exposed to everything from blueprints to the production of scale models (maquettes). During this time, I also obtained a certificate as a Solar Project Designer through Censolar. I also worked in plumbing designing water systems for irrigation, pools, residential sanitary water, and a few other projects. My interest in design had just begun and there was a long and interesting road ahead of me. Years later in 2003, I moved to the US where I married my wife, with whom I share a beautiful kid. Moving here opened many doors and I dove into these opportunities head first. In 2004 I joined ACC and attained an AA in Mechanical Design, and from then on I have developed upon that skill. My design exposure since moving to the US has been as follows: * National Instruments, involved in virtual instrumentation design. * Alpha Slip Rings, designing custom commutators for oil drilling, radars, etc. * Sisu Devices, robots and industrial automation. * Biomedical design for Global. * Thermal tooling and mechanical solutions design for Intel, CNC machining, and where I also lead the board repair lab.

Hi there, my name is Trevor and I've been working with Solid Works for about 9 years. All through school and for various projects, personal and professional. I am the main designer for a company called the billet brothers. We make custom motorcycle parts. We can provide many services along with the just the design of a project, including 3D Printing/Prototyping of the following; FDM, PLA/Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Kevlar® or Fiberglass re-enforced nylon, Subtractive Rapid Prototyping – Plastics, aluminum/brass, woods and engineering foams (RenShape), UV Cured Resin Printing and also 3D Laser Scanning.
