I've previously worked in defense contracting, automotive parts supplier, foundry & castings, plastic thermoforming, and general shop and fabrication with CNC Mill/Lathework. I have compentency in several CAD software programs but primarily use Fusion 360. I'm able to create components, assemblies, kinetic models, sheet metal flat patterns, DXF line work (laser, water, plasma), and drawings (GD&T). I have 4 FDM printers and 4 SLA machines, and I would love to give others the chance to have some things printed at a relatively low cost. I can work with regular plastics/resins (PLA, PETG, ABS, etc.) , some engineering plastics/resins (nylon, reinforced filaments, etc.), and even flexible filaments/resins (TPU, polypropylene, etc.) Post-processing can be done if needed! I have a few sample pictures of my materials, but I'm constantly buying new ones and using up the old ones, so don't be afraid to ask! I'm a detailed-oriented 3D modeler. My professional experience includes making models and drawings for IOT hub assemblies, precast concrete structures, as well as commercial furniture. However, my interest lies with toys, games, and general household items. I'm most comfortable using SolidWorks, but have experience in the 2D and 3D aspects of AutoCAD. I have experience with additive manufacturing and understand how to design a model with 3D printing in mind.
