Responsibilities: - Create detailed architectural drawings based on the provided design concepts and specifications. - Ensure all drawings adhere to established standards and codes. - Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and provide technical advice when needed. - Revise and update drawings as necessary, based on feedback from our team and stakeholders. Output: - Clean and organized cad file in proper layers and blocks. - Drawings are scaled and fitted in sheets. Scope and Timeline: - Drafting and layouting approximately 35 architectural working sheets, the floor plans and reflected ceiling plans are already provided which accounts to 12 sheets. It will have to be cleaned and added drawing details for, then the rest of the sheets will be drafted and detailed according to it. There is a finished file of a similar project that will be provided and used as a guide.
