About
We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to help us draft architectural working drawings for a civic building project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant public structure that will serve our community.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings based on the provided design concepts and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to established standards and codes.
- Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and provide technical advice when needed.
- Revise and update drawings as necessary, based on feedback from our team and stakeholders.
Output:
- Clean and organized cad file in proper layers and blocks.
- Drawings are scaled and fitted in sheets.
Scope and Timeline:
- Drafting and layouting approximately 35 architectural working sheets, the floor plans and reflected ceiling plans are already provided which accounts to 12 sheets. It will have to be cleaned and added drawing details for, then the rest of the sheets will be drafted and detailed according to it. There is a finished file of a similar project that will be provided and used as a guide.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in drafting architectural drawings, preferably for civic or public buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
