With over eight years of experience in the woodworking industry and working with CNC machines, I specialize in the design and production of wooden products, especially in the areas of cutting, assembly, and design optimization. In addition to my technical skills in CNC, my ability to create accurate 2D and 3D designs, improve quality and reduce waste in the cutting process, and program CNC machines has allowed me to participate in a variety of industrial and commercial projects. Also, with my skills in editing and producing educational content, especially in the field of language learning and writing effective captions, I have been able to create creative and user-friendly projects. Currently, I own my own CNC workshop, which allows me to implement various projects in a practical and precise manner and respond to the specific needs of my clients. I am always looking to create optimal and precise solutions for different projects and pay close attention to detail at every stage of the design, from needs analysis to final production. Also, in the field of 3D model design, I am able to create accurate and usable prototypes for CNC projects that can help improve the production process and the final quality of the products. The combination of my technical and creative skills makes me an excellent choice for complex and high-precision projects. My goal is to use my expertise to help you implement your projects in the best possible way, whether in the field of CNC and design, or in the field of educational and advertising content production.

I help manufacturing and industrial companies recreate, improve, and optimize mechanical components when original drawings are unavailable, outdated, or when existing parts have become worn or damaged. My main focus is reverse engineering of worn and used mechanical parts. I work from the physical component to understand its geometry, dimensions, interfaces, and functional requirements, then develop an accurate 3D CAD model and 2D manufacturing drawing using CATIA V5 and AutoCAD. But reverse engineering doesn't always mean simply reproducing the original part. When possible, I also analyze the existing design and look for opportunities to improve the component compared with its original configuration — for example by improving strength and durability, optimizing geometry, simplifying manufacturing, reducing material usage, or addressing recurring failure points. What I can help with: • Reverse engineering of worn mechanical components • 3D CAD modeling in CATIA V5 • 2D manufacturing & technical drawings • Mechanical component redesign • Design optimization and improvement • Reproduction of obsolete or undocumented parts • Industrial machinery components • Design for manufacturing My goal is simple: turn an existing physical part into a reliable, manufacturable, and potentially improved engineering solution. I am open to remote collaboration with manufacturers, engineering companies, maintenance teams, and industrial businesses that need support with reverse engineering, CAD modeling, redesign, or mechanical component optimization.

I am an industrial design and mechanical engineering specialist with more than two decades of hands-on experience in industrial design, reverse engineering, and manufacturing documentation. Throughout my career, I have provided comprehensive engineering solutions for various industries, transforming concepts and physical components into practical, production-ready designs. My experience goes beyond creating digital models — I focus on designing parts and assemblies that can be manufactured, optimized, and successfully implemented in real-world industrial environments. My core expertise includes: • Reverse engineering of industrial components • 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design • Manufacturing drawings and technical documentation • Product design and design optimization • Development of CNC-ready models and production solutions • Conversion of concepts, sketches, samples, or existing parts into accurate CAD designs I have extensive experience working with industries such as rubber, piping, cable, and polymer manufacturing, where precision, reliability, and manufacturability are critical. During my professional career, I have created more than 20,000 unique manufacturing drawings and supported companies in improving their products, reducing production challenges, and optimizing industrial processes. My technical skills include: • Autodesk Inventor • AutoCAD • SolidWorks • 3D modeling and assembly design • Mechanical drafting and engineering documentation What makes my approach different is my strong connection between design and manufacturing. I do not only create visually accurate 3D models; I understand production limitations, material behavior, assembly requirements, and practical engineering considerations. After more than two decades of solving real industrial engineering challenges, I am now bringing my experience to the international market to support companies, startups, and engineering teams with reliable, efficient, and manufacturable mechanical design solutions. I am ready to contribute my practical industrial experience to projects involving product development, reverse engineering, prototyping, and mechanical design — helping clients turn ideas and existing components into successful products.
