I have 8+ years of experience in the field of Modelling and Simulation. My skills - Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH), Thermal Analysis, Electro-magnetics, Manufacturing process simulation (Injection molding, Thermoforming, Blow molding, Casting, Forging), Professional report writing Software - ANSYS, Abaqus, MATLAB Scripting, ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS Maxwell, Solidworks I have done multiple projects related to all major sectors such as automobile and hydraulics. Few of the projects are: 1. Air (Fluid) flow analysis of a ceiling fan for different blade designs and optimisation for uniform air distribution using CFD. Noise analysis using air pressure generated on the fan blades. Structural analysis for stresses and deformation caused at full RPM 2. Brake disc and pad assembly analysis - stress analysis, NVH analysis for different system parameters 3. Injection mold design - Filling, packing, warping and cooling analysis of a polymer (plastic) product. Optimization of cooling channels, reduce cycle time and optimize part strength depending on fiber orientation. Above mentioned projects are selected few from many that i have done till date.
