 Study the Class A surface and Offset to B surface and develop a closed Body.  Fixation of engineering features like Dog house, Snap, Locator, Clip tower, Welding boss, screw boss on plastic part using power copy.  Parameterization of sheet metal and plastic parts using CATIA/NX12 tool.  Generative Part Structural analysis for checking the displacement, Deformation after applying the load on the part.  Draft Analysis for slider and lifter direction i.e. Tooling Feasibility.  Good hand on solid modeling, surface modeling.  Knowledge of assembly and drafting workbenches.  Basic knowledge of GD & T.  Work on different parts like Bumper, Fender, Door Trim, and Engineering Feature.

Proficiency using 3-D CAD modeling software to design (Caia preferred). Familiarity with FEA. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2-D and 3-D design software.
