I design, analyze, and optimize engineering systems using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, with a focus on structural simulation, design validation, and engineering problem-solving.



As Team Manager and CAE Co-Lead of Team Phoenix (SAE BAJA India), I coordinated a cross-functional team of 40+ members while leading simulation activities for critical ATV components. My work involved Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and design validation, helping the team achieve AIR 10 in the SAE e-BAJA CAE Event and AIR 17 in Manufacturing Excellence.



Currently, I am working as a Design & FEA Intern at SpaceVerse Technology Pvt. Ltd., where I am involved in the design, structural analysis, and optimization of a portable rocket launcher system. My work includes load calculations, stress analysis, deformation studies, contact modeling, and design improvements using ANSYS Workbench and SolidWorks.



Beyond simulation, I have experience in manufacturing engineering, PFMEA, plant layout planning, value stream mapping, cycle time optimization, and design for manufacturing. This combination of simulation and manufacturing knowledge allows me to approach engineering challenges from both analytical and practical perspectives.
