I'm a fresh graduate from Alexandria University with a bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering. I have always been a fast learner with the ability to always come up with new ideas and solutions which drove me to pursue an engineering degree to help change the world into a better place and improve people's lives. I have worked on different projects related to the automotive, robotics, and construction fields. 1- I spent 3 years in an FSAE team from working on the fuel system, becoming the engine sub-team lead to being the chief design engineer of the team, and taking the decision to stop working on IC vehicles and start working on an FSAE EV. 2- Designing and programming a mini palletizing robot for a robotics course and manufacturing it using 3D printing technology. 3- Designing a Bionic arm where I designed and manufactured 2 prototypes using 3D printing technology (prepared the 3D printing files and printed them myself) and collected anthropometric data to support my design decisions. 4- Designing the electrical floor lighting and power plans for an educational building as a part of my Codes and Specifications of Electrical Systems course. Currently, most of my experience and knowledge is in mechanical engineering with some knowledge and experience in electrical engineering, making me suitable for projects requiring a mechanical engineer to work closely with electrical engineers for better systems integration.

i am Mohamed Fathallah, a Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering graduate from Alexandria University (2020–2025). My journey combines a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on experience in UAV design, robotics, and manufacturing, as well as leadership and teaching roles that highlight my ability to connect engineering with real-world applications. 🎓 Education & Academic Focus During my studies, I developed expertise across mechanical, electrical, and computer systems, with key courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, automatic control, power electronics, microcontrollers, vehicle dynamics, and industrial robotics. I have applied this knowledge in a variety of projects ranging from UAV systems to robotic arms, bridging theory and practice. 🚀 UAV & Robotics Experience As Mechanical Team Lead of the Alex Eagles UAV team, I directed the design and development of both fixed-wing and quadcopter UAVs for international competitions including the SUAS 2025 and UAVC 2024–2025. My role covered payload delivery systems, obstacle avoidance, object detection, and mapping. Under my leadership, the team consistently ranked in the top five and won multiple Best Technical Report Awards, highlighting my ability not only to engineer solutions but also to deliver precise and professional documentation. Beyond UAVs, I contributed to robotics projects such as: 5DOF Robotic Arm with ROS and MATLAB integration, applying kinematics and motion planning. Semi-Autonomous Basketball Robot, combining mechanical design and control for real-time object handling. Hexacopter and Quadcopter Prototypes, optimized for durability, weight reduction, and ease of assembly. These experiences strengthened my ability to integrate systems, solve complex problems, and work within multidisciplinary teams. 🏆 Awards & Achievements Best Technical Report – UAVC 2025 & SUAS 2025. 5th Place – UAVC 2024 & 2025. These awards reflect my ability to combine technical precision, documentation excellence, and teamwork in competitive international environments. 🛠 Manufacturing & Technical Skills In addition to design, I have hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials engineering. I am experienced with sheet metal, carbon fiber, and steel, and skilled in CNC laser cutting, wire cutting, machining, and welding. This ensures that my designs are not only innovative but also manufacturable, durable, and cost-effective. My technical toolkit includes: CAD & Design: Fusion 360, SolidWorks. Simulation & Control: MATLAB, Simulink, ROS. Programming: Python, C, Arduino. Other Skills: Git, project management, report writing. 👨‍🏫 Teaching & Mentorship As a Robotics Instructor at IEEE Alex SB’s Protons Program, I taught robotics, CAD, Arduino, and hardware assembly to high school students, helping them design and build functional robots. I also tutor IGCSE and university students in mathematics, mechanics, and physics. These experiences strengthened my communication, leadership, and mentorship skills while inspiring future engineers. 🌍 Career Goals I am seeking opportunities in robotics, UAV systems, automation, and control engineering, where I can contribute my technical expertise and leadership while continuing to grow professionally. My long-term vision is to advance in the field of robotics and autonomous systems, developing technologies that merge innovation with practical applications.
