My skill-set and experience is broad. I am a "sword for hire" for those that need swift and sharp technical mechanical design work completed and a guru for sustaining engineering. The majority of my experience is with lithium-ion battery design engineering, launch and ramp in large-scale manufacturing however I also have experience with forensic engineering and lithium-ion cell mechanical R&D. My most notable career-highlight is creating a global sustaining-engineering model and building a team-structure to execute thereto. I've done this twice, once for DeWalt's highest-volume lithium-ion battery product (>10 production lines in 3 factories globally) and again for Tesla's Model 3/Y legacy battery production (2 Giga-factories). I developed an assortment of methods, best-practices, strategies and techniques to define and optimize post-launch product/production sustaining.

I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 years of experience working as a 3D Designer / CAD Modeler in the automotive sector. I have hands-on experience working on various personal and academic projects, including part modeling, assembly, and sheet metal design. I am also in the process of mastering GD&T based on ASME Y14.5 standards, to enhance my technical accuracy and design communication. Casting Design Project: Developed and detailed high-precision casting components such as valves, flanges, pump housings, and oil sumps for fluid management systems in industrial and vehicle applications. Sheet Metal Enclosure Project: Designed sheet metal panels, covers, and brackets for Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), ensuring compliance with sheet metal manufacturing standards. Reverse Engineering for Product Optimization: Reconstructed CAD models of legacy components using physical samples, enabling performance upgrades and manufacturing simplification. Assembly & BOM Structuring: Created detailed assembly drawings and structured BOMs for complex assemblies used in machinery setups, focusing on accuracy and ease of production.
