I’m a Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in CAD modeling and simulation-driven product development. I hold a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from UET Lahore and have hands-on experience in industries ranging from electric vehicle prototyping to data center cooling systems.
I specialize in 3D modeling and drafting using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PTC Creo, and I bring simulation skills in ANSYS (Fluent, Icepak, Mechanical) for FEA and CFD analysis. My work includes developing Liquid Cooling Blocks, conducting FEA for structural components, and designing electromechanical assemblies with GD&T to ASME Y14.5 standards.
Over the years, I’ve led and contributed to various short-term projects, such as the design of an economical electric trike for Unilever and the CFD-based optimization of microchannel heat exchangers using nanofluids and PCMs. I’ve also executed design-for-manufacturing (DFM) projects.
