* Am able to mentally envision how a new piece of electronic gear is put together and then by using both the SolidWorks Premium and the CADENCE/OrCAD "OrCAD X" programs, can then perform both the mechanical and PCB-designs required to create either a prototype and/or a "First-Article-Build" of a new product designs. * Able to -- convert/translate -- a schematic diagram into a BOM of "actual physical reality components" which can be sourced by multiple suppliers and vendors and/or fabricated as a "custom" designed part as is necessary. * Able to both specify and source multiple outside vendors for all purchasing requirements. * Can easily communicate and interface with multiple outside suppliers and vendors and also be the "contact person" for all of these external/outside companies. * Have also acted as an "Electronics Purchasing Agent" and have personally purchased over $3,000,000.00+ worth of electronic components, hardware and outside vendor services (i.e. cable & wiring assemblies & sheet-metal and PCB fabrication services). * Under the correct conditions and leeway, it is possible for me to take a schematic diagram and do -- ALL -- that is necessary to provide a client company with a completely finished physical product of which they can either hold in their hands or be mounted into a 19" equipment rack. This optimizes the efficiency of the turbine to generate power at lower costs. - Product Improvement (Glue Gun Holder): A redesign project of a popular consumer product which was receiving bad reviews. The poor performance and failure modes were analyzed, and the product was redesigned to perform better. - Water Purification in HVAC System: A new device used to separate rust from flowing water.
