What payment methods are available?

Various payment options are available for jobs and contests on Cad Crowd. We allow you to pay invoices with all major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH payments. More payment options are available upon request for enterprise clients and managed services.

Add a new payment method

You can read our articles about adding new billing methods, including credit cards, PayPal accounts, or bank accounts.

Steps to add a new payment method:

  1. Visit Billing & payments
  2. Click Add method button
  3. Add payment type (credit card, PayPal, or ACH/bank account) > click Continue > click Save

🛰️ Tip: Adding multiple payment methods can prevent work disruptions if your account has a failed payment transaction.

Credit cards payments

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and major credit cards. Please read our article about adding your credit card as a primary billing method.

PayPal payments

We accept payments with PayPal if you have a verified account. Please read our article about adding a PayPal account as a primary payment method.

Bank account payments with ACH

You can make bank account (ACH) payments if you are a legal US resident with a US-based bank account. Learn how to add your bank account for ACH payments and verify an account for ACH payments.

Managed service payments

  • Check/money orders: We accept checks and money orders from US and Canadian clients (managed services only) with a $1,000+ budget. Checks and money orders are held until they’ve cleared (usually 7 days) unless a large or well-known company makes the payment.
  • Invoice/credit: We may offer 30-day payment terms for large companies (managed services only) with a $1,000+ budget.
    • Purchase order: A PO (purchase order) is required to start the order
    • Credit check: A credit check may apply to smaller companies
  • Zelle: We accept payments via Zelle for US-based clients ($1,000+ budget)
  • Venmo: We accept payments with Venmo for US-based clients ($1,000+ budget)
  • Interac eTransfer: We accept payment by Interac eTransfer from Canadian clients for projects with a $1,000+ (CAD) budget. Interac payments are made in Canadian dollars.

Currency payment information

  • US dollars: Most of our clients are billed in US dollars (USD)
  • Canadian dollars: Canadian clients can pay in Canadian dollars (managed services only)
  • Other currencies: We don’t support other currencies at this time.
