Add a bank account & verify ACH payments

We have multiple payment options to simplify paying your invoices on Cad Crowd. You can use a US-based bank account for ACH payments if you are a US resident and meet the minimum qualifications (see below).

Minimum qualifications for bank account payments

You can use your bank account to pay experts by payments if you are a US resident with a US-based bank. Once you qualify for bank payments, you’ll see the option on your Billing & payments page.

Minimum requirements for bank account payments:

  • Resident: You must be a legal US resident
  • Bank: You need a US-based bank account
  • Payments: You have paid $1,000+ USD to experts over the past 12 months
  • Alternative payment: You have 1+ alternative payment methods on your account (credit card or PayPal)

Add a bank account (ACH payments)

Steps to add a bank account:

  1. Visit your Billing & payments page
  2. Click Add method button
  3. Add your bank account and routing number > click Save button
  4. Verify your bank account
    • We will send you two small deposits. Confirm your account by verifying two small deposits that we’ll add to your bank account (between $0.01-$0.99 each).
    • The deposits will take 1-3 business days to appear in your account and will verify your account ownership.
    • After you receive the two deposits, you can verify your bank account on your Billing & payments page (see the example deposit below).

How to verify your bank account

Steps to verify a bank account for ACH payments:

  1. Add a bank account: Add your bank account and routing number on your Billing and payments page.
  2. Confirm account: Confirm your account by verifying two small deposits that we’ll add to your bank account (between $0.01-$0.99 each). The deposits will take 1-3 business days to appear in your account and will verify your account ownership (see screenshot below). Once you receive the deposits in your account, you’ll add the two deposit numbers on your Billing & payments to verify your account.
