Description:I bought a little commercial building and I want to completely update this building and use it for a franchise wholesale and retail auto parts distributor. I am tearing down much of it. I want to stay with a similar look of other locations. I am expanding the interior adding more second floor and a larger showroom than exists currently. The dimensions on files are accurate and I need to stay with in them. I am looking to keep most of my inventory stored on the second floor and a slide to move parts from the second floor to the first floor easy and fast. I will move and redesign the current water closets and add a little space for a cafe (coffee maker, small refrig, microwave and toaster oven.} Total building area including first and second floor to be 300 M2 +/-. I want to keep energy efficiencies and the salt air and desert climate in mind. I want to add a small office that has the best advantage to oversee the sales floor and inventory if possible at least the check out area I will be using extensive camera system to help eliminate theft. The pictures is the actual building and the dimensions are what I have to use. I'm not set on any specific parking lot entrance or exit.. The windows I want to stay with the look that are 1 meter by 1 meter.
Wants:I'm looking for a well designed very workable plan for this type of business. I want good flow, good inventory storage where checking stock is good easy to keep track and good flow in getting product to check out area. a small cafe area and a small office with large one way glass to see as much of the building area as possible. I would like the office on second floor with maximum view customer area and the view outside to street area if possible. The more details it has and more proper material lists the better. You can go to www.mercadoderefacciones.com and look at some of the other locations. I need to stay with this type of look but a nice exterior and must flow well on inside
Don't Wants:I don't want something that looks like it should be something it's not. Like a commercial space looking to residential. I do not want any of the public area to have access to inventory areas, Theft is a big concern.

Similar Contests on Cad Crowd
Hi there, I have a very simple project. I need to produce still photos of flying currency. I will provide flat photos of currency and I need them mapped to models of bills fluttering in the wind. I need about 15 TIFFS produced in high res. You would have to model very simple forms, add the currency/money texture then render.
Design a toy stroller. I have an example. Just the frame not the basket. I doesn't need to fold up. I would like the tubing thicker then the one in the picture.
Mechanical Block Grab
I badly need a design for a mechanical block grab as in this link: http://www.kmplant.com/productimages/prod0118_1.jpg and also see this video below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehXqP1zgbIE I need it with the lock mechanism that can lock and release mechanically, a rachet lock
Exercise equipment design
We are looking for a pretty simple piece of exercise equipment. First, please see the attached photo. You will notice how the male is assisting the female with her sit ups by holding her feet down. We'd like to create something that you could strap on to your shoes/ankles/heels so you wouldn't need a partner to weigh you down. We don't want it to be too bulky of an item. Something that is light, can be easily carried, and has a good design.
The gentlemans shaver
We need a design for a shaver handle. The design should have an exclusive look to it, not "spacey" as many established brands are. Keywords for the design could be "gentleman, scandinavian, hipster, modern man, elegant, James Bond, simple" and such. What we need is a design made in CAD, and ultimately files ready for production, our current setup requires .dwg or .dwt files. But we would like to see an realistic 3d render of the handle. There are though some specifications for the connection between the handle and the razor blades that should be met. Since the connection is an standard set of from our razor-blade production partner. In the attached files there are an example of an handle and the lock mechanism, so the way the blades are connected and the sliding lock works should be thought into the design. It's for the scandinavian market, so the design should fit in there, and should ofcourse have a good grib, size and weight to it. We have a target weight of minimum 50-60gr to the handle.
