Description:
Need to find the best use of space for our production company building. The building it 100ftx40ft. The front 15ft is already taken with bathroom and entrance. This leaves on open space of 85ftx40ft of wide open space which we need to fill with as many 8ftx8ft rooms as possible. Each of these rooms must have it's own entry ( no Jack and Jill). These do not have to be finished plans, just an overhead view so we can get an idea of the best use of space.

Creative use of layout, maximizing space.

hi, is the 8ft x 8ft room, an internal size or external, as this will effect accumulated wall thicknesses.
also do you have a minimum corridor width.

This space for what? What kind of company? It's important to know to distribute functional load. Thank you!

Quick/Easy 3D Rendering / Photoshop project for high-end home audio company's new product!
I would like to work with someone who can take my product images (high resolution JPEG images) and add/modify them to reflect a new version of our product. The deliverables will be high resolution JPEGs (modified versions of the ones that I submit for this project). Our product, "LIO," is a home audio product (see: www.vinnierossi.com). Currently, the aluminum top panel (top cover) is has no holes. We are developing a new vacuum tube preamplifer stage in LIO and there will be two vacuum tubes that plug into two sockets directly below the two holes added on the top panel. I need new renderings that show these tubes: - Front views - Angled views The vacuum tubes need to be show in correct proportion and must look as realistic as possible, even glowing (so it looks like this is still a product photo). The ideal candidate for this product will be well versed in: - Photoshop - Solidworks - AutoCAD - Any other software that can get the job done. I will supply the product photos and examples of what the vacuum tubes look like, and where they are to be located on the top panel. Once the rendering is completed for the front and angle view, then they can be used for all the different variations of the same product (with different front/side panel, top panel, and knob color). Thank you, Vinnie
Biological Cell Cluster
I am looking to obtain a 3D CAD model of a biological cell cluster in order to transfer it to a multiphysics simulation software (COMSOL). The cluster will consist of 120 'cells' in the shape of a hyper-dodecahedron (https://theory.org/geotopo/120-cell/ ). Each side of each dodecahedron must measure ~5um.
Leaf Dental Care
My company is "Leaf Dental Care", and our mantra is "Eco-friendly Wellness". We will operate an eco-conscious dental clinic that treats our patient with a holistic approach. The project is to create a visual diagram of what the Reception Area and Operatory Room will look like. The Reception Area will be ~400sq ft, and have a store front with floor to ceiling windows. Theme: yoga studio, spa, Zen garden Color Scheme: White, earth tones, wood, stone. The waiting area will consist of a "retail portion", and a "reception portion" Retail Portion: There should be store front display for retail items such as organic health and beauty products. Like an "organic" Sephora. Our neighbors will be high-end retail stores, and we should blend in. Reception Portion: My logo should be displayed behind the receptionist desk. There will be organic cotton fabric couches for people to sit and wait. The kids play area will consist of wooden block toys by Melissa and Doug. LED television will be playing health educational videos. Patients can fill out medical information on tablets. Lighting will be indirect LED lighting. Ambient music will be tranquility music. All medical professionals are wearing yoga clothes instead of scrubs and lab-coats. Operatory Room Diagram: The theme is carried over to the operatory rooms.
Model home floor plan and coloring
The contestants are to use the existing sketched floor plans provided to create a floor plan to be used in a marketing campaign. The design should fit nicely on a 8x11 glossy and matte sheet that will be have space for a brief narrative of the design. The designer is to use the called out dimensions to scale the plan, as all lines are not shown. Colors are to be assigned to the overall plan, with walls and doors. Rooms are to be labeled and there should be NO furniture. Layers should be used accordingly. The winner will be the d signer that presents the plan in a crisp, modern form that will show well to potential buyers. Upon completion of the design, the winner will be chosen to create up to 12 additional plans and full CAD drawings for construction.
