Maleficent Horns

in CAD Design held by graceak
Contest Ended, Winner(s) have been selected.
Description:
I would love to create a full life-size replica set of horns based off of the movie Maleficent with Angelina Jolie. I will attach pictures. I would like these to be as accurate as possible to the ones used in the movie. I am planning on having them 3D printed. These will be worn by me for costume and cosplay.
Wants:
Most accurate to the movie. Color does not matter, I can paint them. It looks like in the movie the horns are about 10-11 inches tall.

#1 Maleficent Hrons by MBOEngineer
Here is my submission. The attached file is for the left horn only, I'm working on the right one and I'll add it as soon as it's done. The model is .2" thick through the main horn part, and full thickness for the top 1.5" or so, just so it's not too easy to break. Thanks!

Simple file so I can inlay metal into wood
I just bought a nomad 883. I can run the machine, but don't know how to create the cad files I need. I am wanting to have a few files to inlay metal into wood. An example is here https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/5c/78/18/5c7818d9971b80c76165f8252815d02a.jpg I wanting these to be reusable files, so that I can change the text, or images, etc. I both need the negative to cut out of the wood and the positive to cut out of metal (or other materials). And obviously I will need to be able to adjust the depths and heights for future projects. Three things I need to accomplish: 1) Letters with Bitwise font or a similar retro computer font. I've tried to use this font with Fusion 360 and can't figure it out. But this font is important to the project. 2) State and Country metal cut outs. You don't have to upload all the states and countries, just a few so we see that it works and let me know where to get these to import on my own. 3) Any other shape I import. Once I can do #2, I can do any shape, right?

Created Designer Wanted
I am building a website for the company. We have CAD files mostly rendered but we do not like the design. In fact, there is no design. We have 10 products. Please let me know what else I missed here. What other information is required to get a quotation for this project ?
Parametric Product Design
Design a parametric model using SolidWorks for Fabpackage.com. The model can be of any product you'd like, provided it meets the following: 1. It is a new product that does not already exist on our site. 2. It is a product that is free to sell on the open market (i.e. is it not patented) 3. It is modeled parametrically and is able to changed using input parameters. (reference fabpackage.com for examples) Modeling Rules: The model must be driven using dimensions as the input parameters. Sketch dimensions, feature dimensions, or reference geometry dimensions are all acceptable. Configurations are now allowed. Each part and assembly must have a unique filename.
