And I suppose that you mean under "R4" and "R8" the diameter of the round of the hook?
From what material will produce that things?

By the way I need these drawings in a CAD form for submission to do prototype. But i have no means to see a CAd drawing, so you will have to send me a PDf as a proof so I can see it.
ON FINGER PULL. ( see new drawing FINGER PULL II)
a) the full length is 44mm.

For the GUIDE BEAM you now have the correction drawing named GUIDE BEAM II.
a) the size of these 2 holes should be 1.5 mm ( not 1.4 mm).
b) The top hole remain at 13 mm from bottom, but the lower hole is now at 9.5 mm from the bottom.

B) Hook,
Question 1: There is no 0.75 anywhere. If you mean the section at 45 degree it is 1.75 mm. I guess I do not know what is a "fillet". That base section with the 2 radius, ( R0.75 and R2.0) exist only at the bottom of the part.
Question 2 : It should be 8.4 mm ( 8.5 is wrong on my drawing).

There are 2 missing dims - total length of the part - you gave 14.5 mm from left side, 19 mm from right side, and the total distance is missing

1. what should be the fillet at the hook corner? in side view it is written 0.75, but on front view the line is 1.5 mm from the top surface. please check and confir, the right dim.

please check the distance of the 2 1.4 mm holse in the beam, its defined as 13 mm and 5.6 mm from bottom, meaning the distance is 7.4, and in the picture it looks less then 2 mm.
Please confirm the right distances between the holes

Maleficent Horns
I would love to create a full life-size replica set of horns based off of the movie Maleficent with Angelina Jolie. I will attach pictures. I would like these to be as accurate as possible to the ones used in the movie. I am planning on having them 3D printed. These will be worn by me for costume and cosplay.
