in CAD Design held by Jim O'Neil
Contest Ended, Winner(s) have been selected.
Description:
I am looking for a single master that can be used to create multiple copies in Metal for war gamers and collectors. The period of interest ranges from the mid 1930s through modern jets, usually fighters and smaller bombers/transports I am not a Company but do freelance work with Raiden Miniatures.
Wants:
I am looking for representations that closely resemble the actual aircraft, although some portions like wings may need to be slightly thicker than they would be in true scale, mostly just for sturdiness.
Don't Wants:
Outsized or unrealistic representations... also don't want very fragile parts like propeller blades of pitot tubes.
Company Logo:
Yes
Software:
  1. Your Choice, but must work with shapeways

Yes, The Ouragan is the aircraft I'd like to try this with... and I left off a "need" which is a flat spot or "spot face" on the underside at the center of gravity. Features to be concentric on center-line at cg of aircraft, a 4.9 mm dia spot face, .4 mm deep, with1mm internal corner radius and a 2mm hole, 2mm deep – 3 mm if practical ... so there would be a flat spot (for gluing a small magnet) at the back half of the wing (the CG most often) and a hole centered for those who prefer to just use a simple 2 mm post to mount their aircraft. I consider this arrangement proprietary to me. Thanks, Jim

I can able to work on creo and auto cad. All kind of mechanical designing, modeling and drawing we can able to do easly. We can make assembly drawing with BOM.
Saddleback 125
Hi Nick, this is the same type of schematic you did for me before on the Groves a while back. I was hoping to have this back by tomorrow, or Saturday at the latest. Sorry about the short notice. Please call me @714-743-0587. Mark
Maleficent Horns
I would love to create a full life-size replica set of horns based off of the movie Maleficent with Angelina Jolie. I will attach pictures. I would like these to be as accurate as possible to the ones used in the movie. I am planning on having them 3D printed. These will be worn by me for costume and cosplay.
CFD analysis
Need a quick CFD analysis of two wing profiles arranged as a dual element to find where in relation to each other is best for maximum efficiency. Also need CFD results (lift and drag) for various angles of attack. This is an automotive application. CAD of the wing profiles provided. Please provide time to completion and price estimate, need this project completed asap. Don't know how this site works but will create a new "contest" for whatever price is agreed upon.
Simple file so I can inlay metal into wood
I just bought a nomad 883. I can run the machine, but don't know how to create the cad files I need. I am wanting to have a few files to inlay metal into wood. An example is here https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/5c/78/18/5c7818d9971b80c76165f8252815d02a.jpg I wanting these to be reusable files, so that I can change the text, or images, etc. I both need the negative to cut out of the wood and the positive to cut out of metal (or other materials). And obviously I will need to be able to adjust the depths and heights for future projects. Three things I need to accomplish: 1) Letters with Bitwise font or a similar retro computer font. I've tried to use this font with Fusion 360 and can't figure it out. But this font is important to the project. 2) State and Country metal cut outs. You don't have to upload all the states and countries, just a few so we see that it works and let me know where to get these to import on my own. 3) Any other shape I import. Once I can do #2, I can do any shape, right?
