I convert residential sketches into clean, accurate 2D CAD floor plans. This is a drafting conversion service, not architectural design, for clients who need a clear, professional floor plan to share with a contractor, use for planning or budgeting, hand off to a professional later, or simply visualize their idea. I do not create permit-ready or complete sets of construction drawings. All drawings should have a licensed professional review before build.
Included:
- One CAD or Revit floor plan created from your sketch, photo, or notes
- Walls, doors, windows, and room layout
- Clean, organized layers
- Basic labels and/or overall dimensions
- CAD file for further development and a PDF for printing
Not included with CAD:
