I can Design & do relevant theoretical calculations, structural simulations & validate the results & provide the necessary source files for the same. Prepare manufacturing Drawings using Gd&T.
I've built mechanical loading structures to be used in Micro UTM's, High Precision Linear & Rotary Stages, Mechanical Flexures for load cell & sensors, sheet metal enclosures & structures, High Temperature Micro Heaters (upto 1600C) etc.
