I am a Sri Lankan Mechanical Product Design and NPI Engineer with 7+ years of experience taking products from napkin sketch to prototype, validation, compliance support, and production-ready hardware. My work has contributed to award-recognized product programs including Red Dot, iF Design Award, and Good Design Award recognized EV charging products.

I specialize in SolidWorks 3D CAD, product design, mechanical engineering, DFM/DFA, manufacturing drawings, sheet metal, plastic and injection-molded components, CNC and 3D printed prototypes, enclosure design, FEA/CFD support, thermal design, supplier coordination, and production handover.
