I'm a mechanical engineer who has been working for Fiat Chrysler Automobile for 4 years.
In FCA I'm a structural analysis engineer for the powertrain department.
I have a deep knowledge of the cylinder head and cylinder block thermostructural analysis using FEM (finite element method) software like Abaqus, Hyperworks and FEMFAT for the LCF and HCF fatigue.
In this years I'have increased my casting process knowledge, collaborating with foundry and simulating the residual stress field of different cylinder heads during the water quenching phase with Procast software.
