I'm a freelance metal fabrication designer based in the Czech Republic with extensive experience making the things I have designed. I've worked on the production floor the last several years taking sheet metal designs to CNC laser cut, press folded, properly wired and assembled HVAC systems for industrial and private projects. With boots on the ground experience, I know how important a quality design is to a finished product that works well. In the UK, I designed custom signage and metal letter light signs as well as lightbox displays. I'm passionate about production optimization and I apply LEAN principles to all my work, thinking how best to reduce waste and increase value.
