About
I’m James, an engineering student at Edith Cowan University (Perth, Australia) and a Fusion 360 designer focused on parts that actually get made.
Most of my design work has been on RC flying-wing aircraft: complete wings with internal ribs, spar channels, servo bays and control surfaces, plus an electronics pod, checked with aerodynamic analysis before printing. I also design everyday mechanical and consumer parts:
• Threaded parts, collets and fitted enclosures
• Planetary and helical gearboxes
• Ducted fans and impellers
• Brackets, mounts, end caps and replacement parts
• Furniture and small consumer products
I own a 3D printer, so I can print and test-fit prototypes to check tolerances, threads and snap fits before you receive final files.
Deliverables: native Fusion 360 (F3D), STEP, STL, and dimensioned 2D drawings (PDF/DXF).
How I work: clear quote upfront, progress screenshots, two rounds of revisions included, and fast replies (I’m on Australian Western Standard Time, GMT+8).
