CAD Designer | Fusion 360 | Mechanical Design & 3D Printing
About
My services include:
• 3D modeling of mechanical parts and assemblies
• Custom enclosures, mounts, and component housings / electronics integration
• Design for FDM 3D printing
• Modifying existing designs to improve fit and functionality
• Prototype development and design iteration
• Editing STL and mesh models, including resizing, adding or removing features, and adapting parts for 3D printing
My experience includes robotics projects, startup product development, and assistive exoskeletal glove design. I design and test parts in materials including PLA, PETG, and TPU, considering tolerances, assembly, material properties, and printability throughout the process.
I study Robotics and Intelligent Systems at Constructor University in Germany, where I lead the campus Makers Club and teach 3D modeling and 3D printing to around 100 students.
My projects have earned recognition in many national robotics and innovation competitions, including first place in Georgia’s 2023 Millennium Innovation Award for our Robot Miner and Smart Uniform project. Following that win, I was invited to NASA Space Center in Houston as part of the winning delegation.
Whether you need a custom part, changes to an existing model, or support developing a prototype, I can help you create a design you can build and test. I am a Maker so even if I am unfamiliar with something, I will figure it out! Share your sketches, dimensions, or requirements, and we can define the next steps.

Worked on the development of an assistive exoskeletal glove, focusing on mechanical design, electronics integration, and prototype testing.
• Designed and refined mechanical parts and assemblies using Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Developed housings and mounting features for electronic components.
• Produced and tested 3D-printed prototypes in PLA, PETG, and TPU.
• Improved fit, flexibility, assembly, and printability through iterative testing.
• Collaborated with the team to troubleshoot design challenges and develop the next version of the glove.

Activities and Societies:
Co-founder & Lead, Makers Club - leading the campus fabrication service, teaching Robotics, CAD and 3D printing, and organizing robotics and hardware competitions.
Studying Robotics and Intelligent Systems with hands-on experience in CAD, fabrication, electronics, and programming.
As co-founder and lead of Makers Club, I teach 3D modeling and 3D printing to around 100 students and oversee the club’s work as the main fabrication service on campus. We design and produce custom 3D-printed projects for individual students, student clubs, study programs, and university facilities.
I coordinate workshops, support student engineering projects, and organize robotics and hardware competitions, including the Sumo Bot Challenge.
