About

I create 3D CAD models in Rhino for practical parts, custom products, and 3D printing. I can turn your sketches, dimensioned drawings, or reference photos with measurements into models ready for the next step.

My background combines CAD modeling with hands-on experience in 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and finishing. I consider wall thickness, clearances, assembly, and production constraints while modeling.

I work primarily in Rhino and can provide 3DM, STEP, STL, and other formats depending on the project.

Prepare models for FDM printing, including splitting large designs into printable components, designing assembly connections, and adjusting clearances.

Manage the production workflow from modeling and slicing to printing, assembly, and finishing. Operate and maintain Bambu Lab and Neptune 4 Max printers.

Work with CNC machining and CO₂ laser cutting as part of custom fabrication projects, adapting designs to material and production requirements.

Prepare models for FDM and resin 3D printing, and create CNC machining toolpaths in Vectric Aspire. Operate CNC milling and laser equipment, accounting for material properties and assembly requirements.

Carry out post-processing, assembly, and surface finishing, including electroplating. Maintain and calibrate workshop equipment.
