About
Are you looking to turn your concepts into production-ready mechanical designs?
I am a professional Mechanical Engineer and SolidWorks Specialist with experience in product design, CAD modeling, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
Unlike basic 3D modelers, I approach every project with engineering rigor. I don't just create 3D models that look good on screen—I engineer parts designed to be manufactured efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively, whether through CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, or 3D printing.
---
🔧 CORE SERVICES & EXPERTISE:
• 3D CAD Modeling & Complex Assemblies (SolidWorks)
• Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM / DFA)
• Sheet Metal Design (K-Factor optimization, flat patterns, bend tables)
• Machined Components (CNC-ready models with proper clearances and tool access)
• Enclosures & Plastic Parts (Draft angles, uniform wall thickness, rib design)
• Structural Weldments & Frame Design (Cut lists, structural profiles)
• 2D Manufacturing Drawings (ISO/ANSI standards, GD&T, Bill of Materials - BOM)
• Reverse Engineering & Esboços/PDF to 3D CAD Conversion
---
📦 WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
Every project is delivered with a complete, production-ready documentation package:
1. Native Source Files: .SLDPRT / .SLDASM
2. Universal Exchange Files: .STEP / .IGES (for suppliers and manufacturers)
3. Manufacturing/Cutting Files: .DXF / .DWG (for laser, plasma, or waterjet cutting)
4. Technical 2D Drawings: High-resolution .PDFs with tolerances, BOM, and GD&T
5. Interactive Viewing: .eDrawings file for quick 3D inspection on any device
---
🛠️ SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
• SolidWorks (Part Modeling, Assembly, Sheet Metal, Weldments, Simulation)
• AutoCAD / DraftSight
• KeyShot (High-Quality Product Photo-Rendering)
If you need a reliable Mechanical Engineer who speaks the language of machine shops and manufacturers, let's talk.
Send me a message with your project specifications, and let's bring your idea to life!
