Mechanical product design engineer who takes physical products from concept to shop-ready CAD.
I design parts and assemblies that have to be built, assembled, and used in the real world—not just look good in a render. Day job is product design for manufactured equipment: weldments, machined parts, sheet metal, mechanisms, vehicle-mounted systems, and production documentation.
What I do for clients
Turn sketches, photos, or rough ideas into clean SolidWorks models and assemblies
Design for manufacturing (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, welding, 3D print / prototype)
Production drawings with dimensions, tolerances, BOMs, and exploded views
Redesign existing parts to be cheaper, stronger, or easier to assemble
Prototype support: printable / machinable files and fit-function revisions
