About

The project I'd point you to is an automated wash-rinse mechanism I built for a 500-litre PVC tank. A wiper motor drives a boom up and down through the tank while the spray head spins to cover the inside surface. I designed the whole thing in SolidWorks, worked out the drive sizing, drew it up, and then actually fabricated and tested it. Watching a design meet reality changes how you model — you learn quickly which tolerances matter and which drawings a fabricator can actually work from.
