Rotating Spray Head for Tank Wash System

The rotating spray head from an automated tank wash-rinse system. Mounted at the end of a motor-driven boom, it spins as water passes through it so the jets sweep across the tank's internal surface rather than hitting one fixed spot. Modelled in SolidWorks as part of my final-year mechanical engineering project. The nozzle positions and flow path were set to give even coverage of a 500-litre cylindrical tank, and the part was fabricated and tested as part of the working system.
