Parametric CAD designer and mechanical product modeler (Onshape) with a B.Sc. in Physics with Electronics.

I build feature-tree-driven 3D models: sketches with geometric and dimensional constraints, extrusions, revolves, sweeps, lofts, fillets, chamfers, patterns, helix and threaded geometry, and multi-part designs in Part Studios.

Modifying a design never means rebuilding it from scratch.

I create assemblies with mates (rigid and rotational), gear and shaft fits, subassemblies, interference and fit checks, and exploded views.

I produce 2D engineering drawings from 3D models (orthographic, isometric, section views, dimensions, annotations, tolerances, fits, GD&T), prepared for review and fabrication.

Models export as clean STEP, STL, and OBJ files.

I completed the full Onshape Learning Center curriculum: FeatureScript custom features, Onshape API automation (GET, POST, DELETE, JSON, authentication), configurations, simulation, sheet metal and frames (introductory), robotics mechanical design (chassis, drivetrain, motor mounting), collaboration, branching and merging, and version management.

I also use Python (intermediate) for scripting, test harnesses, and automated validation, plus D5 Render and Blender (basic) for materials, lighting, and photorealistic stills.

My fundamentals include classical mechanics, statics, stress and strain, thermal physics and heat transfer, electronics and circuits, and the setup logic behind FEA (geometry, materials, loads, constraints, boundary conditions).
