I am a CAD, reverse engineering and 3D scanning specialist with hands-on experience across automotive automation, CNC machining, custom vehicle solutions and consumer-product development.

My core capabilities include SolidWorks modelling, manufacturing drawings, design-for-manufacture, mechanical reverse engineering and converting 3D scan data into usable CAD models. I have also worked with Geomagic Design X, Geomagic Control X, Fusion 360, CAMWorks and several professional and consumer 3D scanning systems.

My background began in turnkey automotive automation, where I designed manufacturable components and worked directly with CNC machines, production teams and real-world engineering constraints. Since then, I have supported projects involving tooling, machinery components, custom assemblies, inspection workflows, product testing and design improvements.

I am particularly suited to projects where the original part has no drawings, scan data needs to be converted into CAD, or a practical concept needs to be developed into a manufacturable design.
