Lead Mechanical Design Engineer Parametric Realm · Self-employed Feb 2025 – Present 1 yrs 5 mos Vadodara, GJ, India Mechanical Design & 3D Modeling: From initial concept to final model, we create parametric 3D models of parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines using SolidWorks, PTC Creo, and AutoCad.

CAD Drafting (2D): We prepare detailed 2D production drawings with complete GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), tolerances, surface finish callouts, and title block information as per ISO/ASME standards.

Sheet Metal Design: Our deliverables include 3D formed models, flat pattern developments, and complete manufacturing drawings.

Die Design & Press Tool Engineering: We design single-stage and progressive dies for Injection Molding, Forming, Air Blowing & Sheet Metal Cutting(Development Drg) & Bending.

Design for Manufacturing (DFM): We review and optimize your designs with DFM principles to reduce material waste, simplify machining operations, eliminate unnecessary features, and lower overall production cost.

Reverse Engineering: Have a physical component but no drawings or 3D model? We reconstruct accurate CAD models from existing physical parts using measurements & sketches.

Assembly Design & BOM: We design and manage complex multi-component assemblies, ensuring correct fit, form, and function across all mating parts. Along with the assembly model, we prepare structured Bills of Materials (BOM) with part numbers, descriptions, quantities, materials, and finish specifications.
